Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns — only exchanges
- Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it immediately at no extra cost to you.
